Hello,
My niece has a policy that my dad took out years ago. He passed in 2011 her mother was the beneficiary of the policy. Prior to my moms death this past April she gave Stacey the paperwork.
My sister and niece do not speak and Rhonda(my sister) doesn’t not live locally.
Is there any way we can cash in or change the policy information?
My dad names was Harold E. Fitzgerald. My sisters name at the time was Rhonda Day and my niece is Stacey M. Day.
If you need more information please let
me know.
We are not sure what we need to do since my sister has nothing to do with the family since my mom passed and has moved out of town.
Any help you can offer us would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Dee Abshire
