You can’t say always for sure anybody and everybody will qualify.
The long answer it’s just depends.
It depends on your age, health issues and bottom line it’s always unique to your particular situation as far as your health goes. And we need to determine basically what our best odds are and which carriers will accept you.
Let’s take a look at some options that you may qualify for. The type of life insurance that are available for the people with endometriosis, there are several. But before we go into what there are as far as options are concern. It’s important for you to understand that the goal here isn’t just to pick one that’s a one size fits all.
The important thing is to determine what your goals are and what you want to accomplish with your life insurance. I think a lot of agents are short sighted in this and that they just push one product on you without taking consideration to what your personal desires are.
What I mean by that is you’ve got to determine what you want your life insurance to do for you. That’s the most important thing before you even determine what kind of plan that you want. You got to figure out, OK, here’s what I know about life insurance, what I want to accomplish.
Well, what’s the reason you want get life insurance to begin with? For some of you, it’s because you want to cover for final expenses maybe burial or cremation or any sort of permanent lasting expenses you know will occur. You also may want to cover for your, as your income being gone as replacement, if you die or your spouse’s income gone and that’s a very good reason to have coverage.
But there’s different products that cover these better than others and again, you want to know what it is and you better define what your goals are. Maybe one debt repayment, business loan, or other loans, and you don’t want to saddle that debt to people you love. You also have to consider what your budget is. You don’t want to spend too much for life insurance.
I love life insurance. I’m a salesperson after all, but I don’t want to see my clients drop my plan, the best kind of life insurance is the one that’s easy to pay and affordable. That’s what I say pretty much on every one of these articles. I want you to be very comfortable with it so you can forget about it and it’s there when it’s needed. You don’t want to spend too much on this kind of stuff. You don’t want to go on a spending splurge, save that for the mall.

Term Life Insurance
The first thing we’re going to look at is term life insurance for people who have endometriosis. In case you don’t know a term life insurance, really the simple definition that term life insurance offers coverage on a temporary basis. It’s not the kind of coverage it’s going to be there permanently under any circumstances.
It’s really designed for a temporary need. I like to say term life insurance is temporary insurance for a temporary need. We are going into those temporary needs are in a moment. But the benefits of term insurance include, you get level premiums that don’t go up in most circumstances and you get the most coverage for dollar premium. You can afford other kinds of plans, guaranteed issue or whole life insurance for the same dollar you put into those plans.
However, there is no such thing as perfect a circumstances. You can outlive this coverage. It’s temporary, it’s term. I like to call it terminating coverage. Look, you know, you may be thinking, well why would I want to buy something I could outlive? Well the main reason is, the amount of coverage you get literally in some circumstances, term insurance will give you 5 to 10 times as much coverage as a permanent plan, like whole life insurance.
That’s why I say it’s temporary coverage. Why would you get a term life insurance plan? Most likely to cover a mortgage. You’re going to pay for it for 30 years, hopefully less if you couldn’t catch up the payments, pay it down faster, pay less interest and uh,but it won’t be there forever.
Term insurance isn’t necessary for a permanent issue. Mortgage isn’t a permanent problem, it’s a temporary problem. Term life insurance to cover that length of time is a really good idea. Also maybe an income replacement plan if you’re younger and you want to ensure something’s there. If you die prior to retiring to replace your income, to put your family on firm financial footing than a term plan, that’s good.
You may have needs beyond retirement, but if you save and do follow through with your retirement plan consistently, then there really isn’t much of a need for term insurance if you die. Also term insurance does have potentially tough underwriting than simplified issue whole life that just is going to depend on the severity of the endometriosis. And here’s the thing, in generally is not a huge problem to qualify for.
If you have post-menopausal, non disabling endometriosis, you may qualify for regular rates without much sort of underwriting issues. Severe recurring rates may qualify for higher rates. This depends on your unique situation, but looking at just in a matrix that was alone, there are other conditions. We have a lot harder time to get qualified for.
Term Life Insurance Coverage – 10 Year Term – $100,000 in Coverage
Term Life Insurance Coverage – 10 year Term – $250,000 in Coverage
Term Life Insurance Coverage – 10 year Term – $500,000 in Coverage
Term Life Insurance Coverage – 10 year Term – $1,000,000 in Coverage
Whole Life Insurance (Permanent / Universal)
Now, there’s whole life insurance for people with endometriosis as well. A life insurance offers permanent protection. The benefits include your rates never go up, the only exception that is universal life plans, unless you get a guaranteed universal life plan that guarantees the premium stays the same throughout your entirety of your life. As long as you pay the same premium, you’re get first day full covers potential as long as your health all qualifies overall. And he cannot be canceled due to age or health either.
No drawbacks include higher premium per dollar of coverage. Whole life are guaranteed universal life have similar underwriting standards compared to term. All those conditions I mentioned with endometriosis will still apply here as far as eligibility for coverage.
And if there are problems, let’s say you have severe endometriosis or perhaps you have other problems associated with it, we may look at a simplified issue, whole life plan because they’re much more flexible and getting underwriting approved and a less people are declined.

Top 7 Reasons People Buy Whole Life Insurance
- Does not cancel due to age or health – One of the biggest motivations to purchase whole life insurance is that it will never cancel, regardless of your age and health. This is especially appealing to those who want peace of mind in knowing they will always have coverage in place.
- Rates never increase – Another appealing aspect of whole life insurance is that the rates remain the same and will never increase. This is especially helpful to those who are on a restrictive income.
- You can pay up your whole life insurance – A unique aspect of whole life insurance is that after consistently making payments on the policy over a long period of time, you can reach a point where payments are no longer required but you get to retain coverage. This means you can essentially pay off your policy and still reap the benefits of having coverage.
- Can grow tax-free cash value – Cash dividends on your policy can be borrowed, much like a cash loan. Best of all, these funds are tax-free.
- A permanent solution to permanent problems – Perhaps the biggest reason that people purchase whole life insurance is that they recognize the problem they are looking at is a permanent one.
Not every financial obligation will be permanent. A 30 year mortgage for example is not permanent. But if you are concerned about things like final expenses, a whole life insurance policy is a good fit.
- Exams are optional – Life insurance companies are very competitive and to make their offerings more appealing many have started offering non-medical applications, which means you can apply for life insurance, but skip the exam process. Instead, underwriters rely on your previous health records to issue an approval or decline your application.
- Best use of your premium dollar – While it’s indisputable that whole life insurance is more expensive per payment, if you compare it dollar per dollar for the life of the coverage, whole life insurance is the best overall deal when compared to term insurance.
Last but not least option here is guaranteed issue whole-Life Insurance, again, this is a rare severe cases. Usually people qualify for this when there’s no other options available. Or if the person with endometriosis has other issues that are more severe than just the endometrial.
Maybe there’s other complications, other problems. Guarantee additional whole life issue works a very simple. It’s guaranteed issues, there’s no health questions. The premium’s never go up neither does the coverage canceled due to age or health issue, is very good with a final expense plan.
Again, if nothing else is as eligible the final option is guaranteed whole life insurance. The only downside is there’s no natural death coverage for two years, although there is accidental death for the first day and coverage limitations pretty low at 25,000. And you can buy multiple policies of stack it higher, but I want to stress here in a Matryoshka salone is your only problem that’s very rare that you’re ever going to really end up potentially qualifying.

Stories from the Field
This amazing true story demonstrates that individuals often overpay for their life insurance when the premium is not justified. I often work with these clients and we are able to provide them with a much better value plan than what they currently have.
I met this particular client in a small town called North Ridge, just outside of Chattanooga. Miss Anita was not originally from Tennessee, she had relocated during Hurrican Katrina. As we sat down to discuss her life insurance needs she began to share her amazing survival story with me. She explained that she had decided to stay when Hurricane Katrina hit, but when the flood waters got really bad, she had to swim to safety. Not only did she swim through a hurricane, what saved her in the rough waters was a floating casket. She actually hung on to the casket as she swam through the French Quarter to a section of highway FEAMA had set up as a rescue center. As if this wasn’t intersting enough, she went on to say that a few days later she was transported out of the area to safety by none other than Al Gore who piloted her plane to Tennessee.
All of this had caused Miss Anita to think about her own death and the life insurance policy she currently had in place. She felt she was paying to much and when she explained her policy I realized this poor lady was being seriously taken advantage of.
She was paying on a funeral arrangement plan that was costing her in excess of $250 a month for a $8,000 funeral. There were very few reasons why she needed to pay this much.
She was in generally good health, no chronic issues, she wasn’t a smoker, and she was of insurable age. I knew we could do better. While doing some price checks I found that we could get her equivalent coverage for $1,800 less a year in combined monthly payments. She was enthralled and glad that she had reached out to us to get a free quote. Many people who are seniors are taken advantage of by salespeople who try to make their particular product sound like it is superior to all other products out there, but this isn’t always the case. In fact, these companies often overcharge for life insurance policies and offer subpar coverage that sometimes requires a waiting period before it becomes active. There are justifiable reasons why people experience high life insurance rates. But high rates are not always justified. While I can’t guarantee everyone first day full coverage I can say with certainty that dealing with a broker like us at Buy Life Insurance for Burial gives you the best opportunity to get quality coverage at a competitive price.
